Concerts and Tour

The main mission of the Krachkyvka Village Band is to share the largely unknown musical traditions of Eastern Ukraine to the world. Most traditional Ukrainian folklore ensembles rarely travel abroad on concert tours. But due to technological advances in internet communication such as social media, it has now become possible to organize non-commercial tours, which depend on volunteers across the world to help arrange concerts, and events in their local community. We actively search for leaders amongst international communities who are interested in helping present Ukrainian culture to their local community. To easily facilitate such events we require very little from local communities. Our events are non-ticketed events. We usually require no honorarium or fee whatsoever. All we really require is a venue, date, and time. We can take it from there. All travel and living fees are usually funded by the ensemble itself. To supply such funds, we sell recordings of our ensemble during all events.
